Yes, we sent TouchGuard (info@touchguard.com.au) two emails on Fri 23 Oct from jasonelectronics@mail.grokbot.com. The first, about 9:28 PM QLD (10:28 PM NSW), said the screen protector from order #1171 doesn't fit your 2027 Model Y because of bubbles under the film. It included 5 photos and asked for a replacement or a refund. The follow-up the same evening said the MY2025 cut doesn't fit the 2027 and asked them to send the right cut or refund you. My notes don't show a reply yet, but I haven't checked the inbox tonight. Just say "any replies?" if you'd like me to look.
Service was great…. Fast feedback when I contacted them. Looks and feels great on the screen, once it’s on I forget it’s even there. Just a clean screen without all the fingerprints
Disappointed, the film arrived was very creased and marked. It can’t be used. The film would have been best in a tube. I sent a picture email to info@.
I am sure it’s a good product but just needs a better way to secure the film.
Putting this on my screen has been life changing and I don't have to worry about fingerprints anymore with the kids touching the screen all the time, and it's been so easy to see the screen too because the touch guard cuts the glare. Wish I found this sooner!
